Horrified, money withdrawn from my account whereas my card us is with me

<p>I received an sms that R2700 was withdrawn from my account at 2:30am this mrng at a standard bank atm in Alberton n yet my card is with me. I immediately called capitec I spoke to Tshepo n Roshni, Roshni said she will put the matter forward n they Wil investigate, it will take 14 days to know, I might or might not get my money back. I was also meant to get a follow up call to state my case, I have not received no feedback n I'm appalled by the fact they say I might not get my money back n I see no action. was this put forward? all I know is I want my money back. N I am closing my account. this is not working for me</p>
