Horrific Customer Service

It is my second time coming to the Capitec branch in Evaton Mall and I again regret coming to this pathetic branch. Whoever is the manager there should be fired, I came inside the branch wanting to make a deposit of over R10000 and the reason I chose to come inside the branch was obviously for safety reasons.

As I was about to enter the branch one of the employees at the branch by the name of Hlengiwe told me that I can not deposit inside I must go outside at the ATM, even when I told her I do not feel comfortable with depositing outside at the ATM, she still insisted I do so and when I asked to speak to the manager she told me the manager was unavailable.

I genuinely not happy with the service I have again received from this branch, it is poorly managed and the staff are honest condescending and not helpful.
