Horrible Wait Times!
I have been on hold for the last nearly 2 hours, after calling the number ***.
Can I please have someone call me as a matter of urgency, as I can no longer hold on.
I will be available from now until 2pm & then again from 2:30pm until 3:30pm today. I am available tomorrow morning from 8:30am until 10am.
