Horrible to 0 services from Capitec bank

I app**** for a Capitec loan about a week and a half ago I sent all my documents and the consultant advised that she has processed everything and will send me the last contract I need to sign so that my loan can be processed and I have been waiting since unfortunately I emailed them twice this week with no response at all not even an auto reply nothing, what's sad is I'm a Capitec client and I really needed the loan at that time as small as it is I needed to something at that moment.
