Horrible service, Sold paid off debt to MBD

Capitec sold a paid off loan debt to MBD, the loan account was paid off in 2015. Proof of payment was sent and Capitec bank acknowledge receipt of payment and promised that they will remove credit listings but to my surprise i cannot open any account due to blacklisting by MBD for the same Capitec loan. I have reported this to ombudsman before and Capitec issued a letter stating receipt of payment and that listing will be removed but it is still there under MBD. I will be reporting to the ombudsman as i refuse to pay one loan twice, this is terrible service from Capitec bank and will never use them ever again.
