Really??!! Horrible service from Stanley at Kolonnade

I’ve banked with Capitec for so long and one of the reasons I don’t leave is because of awesome service especially at Kolonnade which is my home bank for YEARS!!!

Today I’m excited to transfer my first deposit for my place and I’m welcome with rude Stanley who is not interested to help.

Told me I can do the transaction on the app only for the app and their systems to be down.

I’m highly disappointed because I’ve always received great service and now your app is down and I needed to make the transfer by midday arg! Now your systems are down.

If Stanley had assisted me nicely I would have been done on time because your systems were still up when I went
