Horrible service from capitec bank

Hy I would like to complain about my international transaction that was sent to my Capitec account on the 25th of March.

Capitec Forex bank requested me to call them so they could release my money. They made it such a hassle sending my money to my account until I asked them to return it back to my trade account. I visit the branch to query, no one knows how to assist me in getting my money back. They tell me they deal with other banks when it comes to forex and international transaction so my money should be somewhere in those banks. I feel this is so unreliable of them to give me such feedback instead of giving proper assistance in getting my money back.

I've sent numerous emails as well with no response. This is totally unacceptable. In a time when I really need my money I can't have it and no explanation as to why!!!
