Horrible Service from Capitec

Went to a capitec branch in Atteridgeville -Attlyn mall to make a deposit and was assisted by a guy name Tshifiwa Modau. He was very rude and had a very bad attitude towards me as a paying client.I then proceeded to complain to his manager as i was not happy with the level of service that i received from him,his manager did not seem to be interested in what i had to say and asked me to write my complain on a piece of paper and that the Area Head will contact me in a couple of days. At no point did she apologize for their treatment towards me or reprimand the guy or even ask him to apologize for his atrocious behavior. Two weeks later and no one from capitec has contacted me and she most probably threw away my complain into a ******* bin after i left. I am disgusted by the way capitec treats its customers
