Horrible service

Horrible service from Capitec Bank. I app**** for my vehicle license disk in July 2025 I am a pensioner who can is cannot run around and stand at long queues and till this day I have not received my license disk. Complained with Capitec bank and I was told to call the courier company and even the traffic department. Why pay for conscience when I am the one who needs to run around looking for my licence disk. I honestly feel that Capitec bank is exploiting me as a pensioner and they made money from my money and still I don't have my licence disk. This is horrific
