Horrible service.

Went to Madeira branch in Umtata, assisted by a consultant by the name of Sinazo who didn't bother to stand and greet us, then when she didn't assist with what we wanted she insisted that no we were wrong and she would not forget an instruction, after I insisted that there are two reasons why we were there and there's no way we would forget the reason.

I usually have a great experience every time I visit a branch which isn't that often, she has to one of the worst experience I've encountered ever.
