Horrible service

What a horrible experience I am having with capitec for 7 months now requesting them to change my debit date a simple thing as a debit order date 😡😡😡 O don’t encourage anyone to use this bank As I change to a new bank with immediate effect

I can’t be fighting for one thing over 7 months and then they decide to take any money that comes into mu account even if its not mine.. That is theft I did not authorised them to debit me anytime they feel like.I .AM SO DISAPPOINTED ☹️ I AM SO ANNOYED RIGHT NOW my sister’s school fees is gone because of unauthorised debit order from the bank mor even any other service provider capitec themselves
