HORRIBLE SERVICE CAPITEC

The service at Sandton Capitec was just horrible. I went to open an account. After giving this consultant (Pontsho was the name on the consultant tag) my ID and payslip, she asked me 'what is your name', as if it is not written. This is my first time that a person ask me my name when she is looking at my ID, and I wish its the last. The rest that followed was just a nightmare.
