Horrible Service at CAPITEC The Glen

I had a bad experience with Capitec The Glen branch. I was forced to sanitize my hand before I could enter. Jesse the person who was at the door told me if I do not sanitize then I would not enter. He even told me to use my own sanitizer if I do not want to use theirs. I have called their call center but even now I do not have the response from them. This is the most horrible treatment that you can get from the bank.
