Horrible service at capitec bank Game city

The service at capitec bank in game city is pathetic, I visited the bank yesterday to bank my coins, the lady that was a teller looked very frustrated when I told her what I was there for, she asked me to wait and went up and down. The next thing she came with some guy I assume he is a manager and I was told that I should go to the other bank because my coins were not sorted correctly. I asked for money bags so I can sort my coins and they didn't have.

I went back home and got money bags from a friend, sorted my coins and today at the very same bank, I am told that they cannot take my coins because their safe machine is full. To make things worse the guys who was helping on an entrance gave me a very horrible attitude .

I am very disappointed and ****ed off
