Horrible Service

Was at Capitec Thembi in Tembisa with my mom. She asked me to explain what she needed. I went to another counter as we were forced 2 tickets. Nonkululeko Twala gave her such a pathetic poorest service and asked her insulting questions. She’s very abusive to the elderly. #veryunhappy I was at the desk next to her. I went to her to explain again as my mom was responding irritably. She raised her voice and argued with me. SHES VERY RUDE I MUST SAY. #unacceptable
