Horrible service

Since I have settled Capitec loan on the 15th of January 2025 and was promised paid up letter until today. I made a review previously and the person who called me from Capitec promised to investigate the matter of why they are delaying with my paid up letter until today. He promised to update me but nothing happens, regardless of emails I sent them and those sent by debt collectors. This bank is very bad at their services unless the are offering clients loan. Their loan application takes less than 12 hours but their paid up letter takes forever to be delivered to clients.
