Horrible Management!!!!!!

I went to a Capitec Branch in Pan Africa Mall, Alex on 08 March 2019 at about 15:00. After having waited too long to be served I still did not receive any assistance because of issues with the paperwork I had. This may have being a valid reason for them not to able to assist me but I honestly didn't understand why as I have been banking with Capitec for a while. I wanted to speak to the manager as I didn't not understand and was hoping he will clarify the matter. I was just enraged by the ignorance of the Manager. I did not feel VALUED!!!!! My concern was never acknowlaged, the manager did not apologize for the inconveniences or thoroughly explain why they could not assist me and he even walked away without ending the conversation. All I needed was a valid or sensible reasoning for them not to be able to assist me as I felt INCONVENIENCED!! The manager dismissed me although I spoke with him in a decent manner, wasn't even shouting or expressing rage. Being a manager myself in the service industry it showed me that he was really *********** and lacked service excellence. Because of that experience I will rather go back to banking with the bigger banks as they offer convenience. The only thing that kept me with Capitec Bank was the low banking fees but now that they are charging the same as what I paid in banking fees at Standard Bank I will rather go back there because right now there really isn't a reason to compromise great service and convenience let alone qualified competent branch managers who are able to assist. So DISAPPOINTED! But thank you to that gentleman yesterday for giving me a wake up call. It's time to move.
