Horrible horrific service

I called on Monday 9 Nov after I had requested a debit order to be stopped in Jan and still not done 8 months of my money being ****** and still they drop the call the app does not work u can go to the bank they still dont help and my money keeps getting taken from my account and the bank charges me everything for that debit. Also cost me airtime hours on a call for no assistance. The service is horrific to say the least yet you promise customer the best.
