HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CAPITEC

So I had a loan with capitec. After losing my job I slowly managed to pay them off. In the interim they had tagged my name on their system. After paying them off I received a letter from VVM Attorneys confirming a nil balance. I in turn took this to their edenvale branch on 3 different occasions for them to update their system. All 3 times the documents had been misplaced. My name still shows that I owe them R558.00 .

I recently visited the same branch and a helpful agent tried to assist. I got VVM attorneys number and since spoke to them about this. They are unable to assist me with this letter since Capitec has taken their account away from them.

This is hindering my future credit score and applications.
