Horrible experience

I opened a business account with Capitec November 2024 as I'm running a small business. As a small business owners who are selling sneakers, weaves and other product December is a busy month for us, that is when we get most of our sales and obviously the transactions are getting In and out. My account was just blocked because they suspected ***** and they asked me to sent proof of conversations and where I advertise my business.. I did combine all the proof and send them after that didn't hear anything from them saying they still gonna do further investigations.Worse I've got nothing to do with *****, Around Feb 2025 I checked on my app I saw the status changed to being active but I couldn't access the funds.. I then wrote a message for help.. I found their consultant who claimed that I cannot transact because my name is listed on SAFPS it was a shock to me.. I didn't waste any time.. I sent an email to SAFPS and my relevant documents (Fica) for them to check for me.. I got a reply the following day from SAFPS and there was no such a thing.. It was just all a lie as I got proof. My ID was not even on their data base. After a month my account went straight to Dorment I don't know how. I wrote them an email asking them to plz re open my account because I've been sent from Pillar to post. Upto date my account is still not opened,their respond is only that will make a follow up and it ends there,it is axactly 6 mnths since I'm being sent from Pillar to post. I've been banking with Capitec for decades but all of a sudden when I decided to open a business account with them as a bank that I trusted only to find out that I've shoot myself on my foot. I'm so disappointed with their service as one of their old clients. All I can say is that I've seen people complaining about Capitec business on social media accounts and took it for granted until it happened to me🚮🚮🚮Account has been stopped ever since, reached out even on whtsupp.. The only thing they do is to give you a ref.. Nothing else.Small business owners like me when your business is growing and u wanna consider opening a business account please stay away from Capitec business accounts.. They will say you are doing ***** once your account is busy because trust me they will be times where you gonna get sales especially during festive season your account will be blocked.
