Horrible disgusting *********** service and people

I have been with Capitec for a very long time, the incompetence and embarrassment i faced today is worse than a Government Call Center!!!!

i was given a credit card, never used then tried to use it, it doesnt work.. call their call center and a Ndileka says she will call me back till this day has never called. I went to the branch and they say its fixed, tried it and it doesn't wor**** imagine the embarrassment of swiping a card and it doesn't work. i had to transfer from the credit card to the savings account, guess who incurs charges ME!!!!! I went to the branch again today and have been there since 11:30, until now the matter has not been resolved, they said its fixed i go the Woolworths next door and guess what both FLIPPING CARDS are not working. This is my time im using and i dont have the time to be visiting Capitec every week, there are better people to see than yall... All yall need to do is ensure that my money is safe, there in my account and i can spend it when i like... Im paying for this after all!!!

If this is not fixed in the next hour.. I AM MOVING MY MONEY AND SERVICES TO ANOTHER COMPETENT BANK THAT CAN HANDLE SMALL ISSUES.... SIS PHI
