Horrible customer service

I went to Capitec bank today (Friday 21st) the Capitec at lakeside mall in Benoni. The lady that assisted me was super rude, ( her name is Thato). I'm not sure if she was tired or couldnt wait to knock off as It was towards the end of the day but that is not an excuse enough to be rude to a client. She made me feel little like I was not educated like she was I'm not sure what gave her that impression and even if that's the case that shes more educated or what ever she thinks me coming to the bank and banking with Capitec pays her salary at the end of the day she obviously does not appreciate her job. She hit my last nerve when she told me "lets finish tu!" I was ready to tell her off and if that's how I'm going to be treated as a customer at capitec then I'm ready to switch banks. I'm very disappointed and hope I never find a problem that will lead me to going into the branch itself and exprience such again.
