Horrible customer service

I went to capitec bank Diepsloot mall branch to make a deposit,i was welcomed by the most rude and arrogant person. No 1 the was no 1 at the door to welcome clients, i just went straight to the cashier and that's when this lady appeared from nowhere and started shouting sanitizer as if I'm sanitizer and came to me forcing me to apply sanitizer, i told her I've just app**** my own sanitizer cos other sanitizers are to strong for me,after applying them i find myself struggling to breathe and i wanted to take it out and apply it in front of her,she just continued to shout,if you don't want to apply our sanitizer we won't help you, she told the cashiers to not help me. Then i just left. My issue here is not the sanitizer thing because I know we have to apply it for everyone's safety , my problem is her rude attitude towards me and the tone she used, she was plain disrespectful and rude, the you need to feel my presence attitude. She doesn't have customer service. I didn't get to see her name, a short lady with short hair, i think she is a branch manager or assistant branch manager.
