Horrible customer care

Capitec bank:randburg square. I had a cash withdrawal and the ATM jammed. I asked assistance from Gloria who is supposed to assist should anything go wrong at the ATMs however when I asked her to help me at the ATM, she just told me to try another bank or go to Shoprite. I did that only to find that the cash on the app wrote "redeemed". When I confront her about this, she just deflected and changed her story of what she said to me when the manager came. I had to wait for this to be resolved for about 2 hours Incident #***. Gloria and her cx service is horrible. The manager Johnathan managed to help and the 1 star is because he helped.
