Horrible Client Service from Nonhlanhla Ntungonde from Capitec Bank

Bad service by your client escalation agent Nonhlanhla Ntungonde. She is so quick to dismiss my case. Without even getting to hear the merits of the case, she uses a template but cases are unique. She should never work with people again, i will close my account with Capitec Bank and bank elsewhere!
