Horrible bank to bank with

Where do I start… never ever consider banking with Capitec bank. It’s a nightmare and the consultants don’t make it any easier! It’s the second time being ****med by Capitec and each time I call them nobody knows what to do! The last time I had to leave work and go fight at one of their branch which was when I was only assisted by manager. Today same thing happened and I’ve been on the phone for over 1 hour 20 min with 6 rude consultants who either kept transferring me or dropping the call. At this point, I’ve moved my salary to another bank!
