They do as they please with your account, you will tell them a billion times one thing and they do what they want. the say one thing and do the other. I think that is because they do not value their clients but their employees more and the employees never get displined for their errors or even call you to apologze and fix the error , you, the client must run after them until u are exhausted. Still my case is not resolved but they quick to remind you about the payment date and call you about it while they can not call you about the progress of your complain. if you continue to take their loan after this know that you will probably pay 20 to 30 k plus of which is not on your agreement. Capitec is a **** , it has extremely poor service delivery and poor attendancy to queries. and they give interest based on how they feel not on your profile. Phathethic. their CEO said if u get a credit break you loan will only be added with the months which u had a break for with no extra intrest rate, however they scheduled the break on my behalf without communication with me, boom after that 10 months is added on my account , does that even make sense , worst its their fault when i speak with them still no resolution, not even the 3 months 10 month capitec rip their customers and goes mute when time to answer comes they go mute no one has an answer , i went to all the branches in nlespruit and no one is willing to assist
