Horrible and disgusting customer service

This bank doesn't take their customers seriously, I called their to complain about a debit order that debited on my account on the 2nd of December 2024, they sent me to nearest branch for a reversal and at the branch they told me my money will be in my account in the next 48 hours, on the 5th of December I called the call center to enquire about the delay and they told me they do not know, they will send an enquirie, the same day I received an email that they are investigating and they'll call within 2 hours and I'm still waiting for that call. That's the horrible and disgusting customer service.
