A bull**** of a bank this is and useless agents.

I called in yesterday to make apartment arrangement on credit card which I was told that i shouldn't worry about it, the amount will not be debit I dont need to make an arrangement,I must call back next month to make an arrangement.

The debit order days keeps getting changed over and over

To my surprise this morning,half of my rent money is debited,now am left with no enough money to pay my rent. Their complaints department is almost as useless coz I've been holding on for more than 30 minutes.
