Holding onto my money for no reason, and then they still say they dont know why

This is the worse service I have ever had, I have spoken more to a manager at this bank then what I have ever spoken to a manager at any other bank. If you don't know how to handle small company account, then get out of the way and let the real banks deal with us and give us the service, not only is your account fees more than fnb, so is you problems, it has been waiting since wednessday for you to release my incomming payments, you are causing damange to my business, so I have had it now with your bank, Contact me to close this bank and rather do all my stuff thru FNB
