Holding fund's

I have been waiting for my money that was put on hold since the 15th up until now Capitec has been giving me runaround with my money, someone sent me money from fnb an later hijacked so je called fnb to block his card which lead to fnb calling Capitec to put on hold my funds, when i call Capitec and went to the branch thhey they told me they are waiting for fnb to give go ahead to release my money, fnb has given go ahead and also sent message to tell them to release my money since it was not *****alat but still Capitec asked for affidavit, proof of payment and id copy of the sender and told me they want to investigate, what are they investigating for since the case was not theirs i have since been waiting for my money nothing on my account , why still holding my funds while fnb has solved and closed the case on their side , the agents no the branch and call center they are not helping is as if they are just guessing answers no straight answer , all i want isbthe is my money they are holding
