Hold on to this one, South Africa. Can you believe it?

I opened a business account with Capitec Business and specifically informed them that I would be conducting international trade. They confirmed that the account could accommodate this.

Then, when my very first client deposited cash into their ATM, they immediately froze the funds and had to deal with their ***** department.

Two days later, I still cannot access my money, and neither can I get any meaningful assistance from Capitec's so-called ***** department.

What a joke.
