Hold on my account

In 2020 capitec bank froze my together with the money in the account. All that was done because i sold my second hand phone to someone who paid and changed their mind after paying. At that time i had already withdrawn almost 30% of the money. I talked to the person and agreed to refund but by the time i told him that he had already reported to the bank asking for a reversal and the bank said they will freeze the account. I ended up paying the person with the cash i had then he blocked my number after getting payment. I took the bank receipt of the payment to the bank and they said they can't assist since the payment was done through an atm. Up until today i don't have access to my account and money its painful what capitec did
