Hold on funds amount R10000

Hi i would like to give a complaint about 2 payments of R5000 each coming into my account around middle of 2024 that capitec put on hold. And they did not even inform me as about why. I went to them multiple times and they said they would look into it and until today they do not give me any feedback and cannot tell me why they put the R10000 on hold in my account. The only time i got some kind of help was when they told me to bring pop and valid affidavits of the 2 transactions, which I did and they have done nothing and it has been a long time. I am only a student and the hold on those funds really hurts my day to day and makes me struggle a lot. Hope that hello peter can help resolve this issue, thanks.
