Hold funds

Good day My funds have been hold since 19/05/24 i went to my nearest branch to report the matter after two weeks they told me to submitting certain Documents i did submit those docs yrstday 0/06/24 got an sms that says i they will resolve my complaint within 4hours even today im still waiting i don't know what to do now im pleading with capitec to release my funds please Hello, MR MAMPHO Incident Number: *** We have received your service request and aim to resolve this within 4 hours.
