Highly frustrated, over charged and customer who was not helped after begging for it

Above are reference numbers to the last complained I filed, just in case anyone else from the company would be interested to look at it. To keep long story short, I am beyond frustrated by the unwillingness of the bank to assist me or throw me a life line and basically help me. It is important to take responsibility for my slow loan repayment which led to the amount owed being almost double the loan. With extremely high interest charged and accrued. I will own that as it was my circumstance at the time. My loan repayment was completed December of 2018 however, I was told that the interest that had accrued, which was 40% of the loan, it was still due to them with no discussion or lenience. Needless to say that I was handed over to their lawyers. My frustration through out the entire process of trying to get this amount erased, was how I was bounced back and forth between the bank and lawyers and no one could tell me who I should talk to get the interest reduced or even erased. We don't choose our circumstances , however if someone owns up and does their due diligence and pays back every sent and then some, I thinks they deserve to be assisted. Its almost as if this bank was unperturbed with my situation and financial rut this is keeping me in.This interest that was accrued, the payments remains being deducted from met todate and I am unable to do other critical things as financially I cannot afford. I am still highly frustrated by the way all of this was handled and how the bank would not even consider helping out someone who is practically begging for help I have paid out of my ears for this loan and continue to pay......
