Highly disappointed
I'm so disappointed in Capitec bank I've been a client for 5 years and I called today to reverse my personal loan with them as I am currently on maternity and I'm due now and I do not have the money stating that I have only 2 months left a on my personal loan with them and that I will be finishing the loan in the next month I only need the money now to assist with what I need and there is no way Capitec is able to assist I mean if they can't even help u being a client for so long and atleast assisting by reversing your debit once when u in need what's the use ..highly disappointed
