Hi I'm Yolanda was at Century city on the 09.01.2024 at 19h23 used one of the Capitec's ATM to deposit an amount of R8500. Money got jammed, called the Capitec helpline immediately after the incident and the money have not yet reflected on my account. ATM ID 3493. Reference number ***. Account number ***. Kindly assist urgently
