High loan instalment
I have loans at capitec bank and I'm paying around 4000 every month I called them January asking them to reduce my instalment as I no longer can afford it , but they refused and said I do not qualify. I don't understand because is not as if I'm applying for a loan. Please help I'm really struggling .
