Loans Capitec Bank Customer Service High interest rate Capitec Bank — High interest rate Add a Comment Borrowed a personal loan of R249 000 in 2017 October have already paid approximately half the amount I borrowed but still when I check for settlement it reflects as I've only paid 20 000 when I check the overall credit amount seems that capitec is getting interest more than the amount I borrowed, that's why the loan still doesn't change much even after so much payments, seems as if I'm being ****med this seems as so ******* and ********* I request for credit contract review, because I really don't want to go to debt review, I ask Capitec to deal with this matter first, this is really so unfair, even when we invest our money we never get as much interest more than 100% of what we invest, capitec, I have no idea why you doing this to me maybe you do but to me it looks so ********* and *******. Recently on 4th October 2019 I went to capic branch asking for a change in debit order dates from 31st to 15th because my payment dates are changed at work but the consultant I spoke with said the monthly premiums will also increase, I was so shocked, it's only from Capitec, all other banks and every debts I have never said such a word, capitec surely want to ruin my life, my name and contribute a lot to my poverty. I really request for fair treatment and review if debts I have with capitec with immediate effect, I'm almost loosing my mind.
