High interest rate - unable to assist when a client is requesting to reduce it

Capitec Bank hand over my credit card to Attorneys. I made arrangements with them to R1000,then I noted that the debt isn't reducing. I asked them to reduce the interest rate . They say that is Capitec decision. Then I made arrangements of paying R300 , cause I couldn't not afford to pay R1000. The debt now is increasing still. My complain is - when the financial institution hands over the account to Attorneys- it is supposed to hand over with Capital and interest. Then Attorneys charged their fees of sms etc. Capitec is charging high interest rate and they are refusing to reduce it - so I can be able to pay this debt and finish it

With this high rate- I will pay this debt forever
