High interest loan

It's been 5 months no work no pay, bank is charging me interest rate of R1780 each month on a loan that I took in 2015 , they have denied my insurance credit claim, because they want to make business with clients ,this is a day light *******, it's ridiculous. Giving me 6 months payment relief means nothing because you have already added more than R10, 000 interest on this loan since the lock down has started , ****y bank, one day you will lose all your clients keep robbing us.
