High Interest charged

I had a personal loan with capitec and it was handed over to MBD and I realised that the MBD charges are to high and make it impossible to be able to finish the account,I wrote to Capitec and asked if they can move the account back to them now, since my financial problems are over amd would really like to pay and finish the account they then gave me a nregative response and told me that I have to make a payment with their debt collector despite the fact that i did explain to them that the dent collectors charges are too high it makes it impossible to pay up the account. Kindly assist me to get Capitec to return this account vback to them so that I can be able to make payment arrangments and be able to pay up this account.
