high deposit fees with capitec who claim they have the lowest bank charges

i wanted to complain about high deposit fees with capitec where by if you deposit cash inside the branch to your capitec account they charge you R3.50 per 100 and at atms its R1.50 per R100 what is the logic behind this is it to discourage clients to do cast deposit i thought you were the lowest on bank charges but heeey be warned out there
