High and mighty Capitec bosses.

Capitec Bank seem to change their online banking app more often than necessary. Things that work are changed and consultants are of no use either. A remark I got from a consultant is..."the big bosses earning big money does not bank with Capitec so they do not have the frustrations of the their clients" Why is it that it is impossible to speak to these senior bosses?
