This is just to say I received a call from Elsie who is a manager at hillbrow branch and that made me a valuable customer and would also wanna say thanks to Khanyisa from complaints dept who ensured me that he will take up the matter with branch manager,if your bank does not reply when you complain ask why?because my capitec replies
