HIDEN RATES AND UNGRATEFULL BANK THATS QUICK TO GARNISH AND TAKE PEOPLE ASSETS BUT DENYING PEOPLE TO MAKE ARRAGEMENTS.

due to this pandemic that we facing as a whole country from last year...and capitec is one of bull **** with no conscious to understand us with our request. i am willing to pay the loan but however they denying me arrangements they want to take peoples assets with this if i take an initiative to call them to make an arrangements than not paying at all still they telling me that i have to pay full amount. people lost their jobs everyone is affected but with me being loyal and make a difference seems to be not enough where else they have so many rates that they **** about cause.

this is unacceptable and i have rights as a south African citizen and not saying am not paying anything but half of what is expected but still they not great full. they quick to garnish us and take all our assets. no one planned this pandemic .
