Hidden costs
I ran from another bank thinking Capitec was better, now I think I made a mistake. This bank take their monthly bank charges and then if you have money in your account it keeps disappearing bit by bit and they charge you for every cent that comment in to your account. What they are doing is not fair, it's like you pay countless bank charges a month

Someone did call me but we didn't seem to get anywhere as he "seemed" to not get what I was referring to yet he said he had my account in front of him🤦. Even when I decided to talk about recent transactions,he kept "going West whilst I was going South" so to say. So ke now I'm supposed to go to a Capitec ATM/bank ,take out my bank statement, circle what I'm referring to then send it back to Capitec 🙆 Yho hhai
