Hi my name is Nonkululeko Duma I am a client at Capitec and unhappy with their updated app as it does not cater for people with low vision. I have a condition called retinitis ***mentosa and felt so small when I couldn't verity an authorisation question sent via app by one of their consultants when I phoned this morning.
