Hi My name is Matshidiso Shadrack Moleleki , I tried withdrawing R4500 to an Absa ATM at Mittal Accelor at Vanderbijlpark , the Machine did not give the money instead the money went back and then I tried withdrawing R200 and then the machine said it had no money. I logged the call with Capitec agent on the phone with a reference number *** the agent told me the query will take up to 21 working days. The following day I went to a branch I was told it will take 31 days. This bank it's awful I have worked as an ATM custodian the ATM queries took 4 to 7 days but with this awful bank it takes 31 days. How can I wait for my money for 31 days what about the debit orders and other responsibilities I have to do. This bank is full of nonsense they should close their bank cause surely they do not know what they are doing and I doubt that Absa will take that long for their Custodian to balance the ATM and see the surplus.
